Remote Mobile Developer, (React Native)

Description:

• Oak Engage is seeking a Mobile Developer with experience in React Native to enhance the Oak mobile app.
• The role is remote and UK-based, reporting to the Engineering Manager, and is a full-time position.
• The developer will work across both iOS and Android platforms, delivering features that help users stay connected to their organizations.
• Responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications, building new features, integrating with back-end APIs, ensuring app performance and security, publishing updates, and contributing to mobile roadmap planning.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 2–4+ years of experience building mobile apps with React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Redux or other state management tools is required.
• Experience with native modules, push notifications, and mobile analytics is necessary.
• Familiarity with app release processes for both iOS and Android is expected.
• A strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset are essential for this role.
