Responsibilities include understanding and educating on SaaS solutions lifecycle, building client relationships, implementing business processes, managing multiple client engagements, leading requirements gathering, and creating documentation.
The role requires independent work on medium to large projects, voicing delivery risks, and partnering with teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
Candidates must have knowledge in ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and best practices for advising and implementing client solutions.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages such as Atlassian SDK, Javascript, Groovy, JQL, Python, SQL, and Bash/Shell is required.
Expertise in managing IT incidents, problems, and changes using ITIL frameworks is essential.
Understanding of security practices, including identity and access management, data protection, and vulnerability management is necessary.
Ability to analyze service data and generate reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ITSM tools is required.
Candidates should possess active listening skills to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
A minimum of 3 years of customer-facing consulting experience is required, with expertise in analyzing and optimizing work management processes across at least 3 distinct business units.
A minimum of 3 years implementing technical solutions across the Atlassian suite is necessary.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience leading client engagements in change management.
An Atlassian Certified Individual certification is required.
Willingness to travel up to 25% per quarter to client sites is necessary.
Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from 115,000 to 125,000 USD.
