Requirements:

  • Candidates must be US Citizens and residents of New Jersey.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas and VBA, is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for querying data and creating reports/dashboards is necessary.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis is desired, preferably within the energy efficiency, utility, or environmental sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and AWS is preferred.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in predictive modeling and forecasting, are essential.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies, policies, and industry standards is highly desirable.
  • A passion for sustainability and making a meaningful impact on the environment is important.

Benefits:

  • Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on skills, experience, and qualifications, with a compensation range of $68,000 to $85,000.
  • Employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.
  • The benefits package includes three weeks of paid vacation per year, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
