The Data Analyst will conduct data analyses, generate reports, and enhance processes through insightful data interpretation.

Requirements:
Candidates must be US Citizens and residents of New Jersey.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas and VBA, is required.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for querying data and creating reports/dashboards is necessary.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis is desired, preferably within the energy efficiency, utility, or environmental sector.
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Proficiency in data management tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and AWS is preferred.
Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in predictive modeling and forecasting, are essential.
Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies, policies, and industry standards is highly desirable.

Benefits:
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on skills, experience, and qualifications, with a compensation range of $68,000 to $85,000.
Employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.
