The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of Rockbot’s NetSuite ERP system.
This role involves collaborating with Finance, Operations, People, and Sales teams to ensure NetSuite supports scalable, efficient, and accurate business processes.
The mission includes improving workflow automation, driving reporting clarity, and aligning systems with the company’s rapid growth and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include administering and maintaining NetSuite ERP across all business functions, ensuring data integrity, proper user access, and system uptime.
The administrator will partner with finance and accounting teams to support month-end and year-end processes, reporting, and audit readiness.
The role requires designing, implementing, and managing workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and scripts to enhance system performance and end-user productivity.
The administrator will support the integration of third-party tools and streamline data flows between systems.
Troubleshooting issues, managing system updates, and coordinating with NetSuite support or external consultants are also key responsibilities.
Developing training resources and supporting end users across departments to maximize system adoption and efficiency is essential.
Continuous evaluation and improvement of NetSuite processes and configurations to support business scale and compliance is expected.
Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business goals is crucial.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and third-party integrations in complex environments.
Hands-on experience with roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, SuiteScripts, workflows, reports, and dashboards is necessary.
Proficiency in SQL, CSV imports, user provisioning, role definitions, analytics, JavaScript (JS), and script scheduling is required.
A strong background in data analytics, reporting, and database management (SQL and NetSuite preferred) is essential.
Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and financial reporting concepts is needed.
NetSuite certification(s) are preferred.
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBilling, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk is required.
A deep understanding of NetSuite modules (GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Projects, etc.) is necessary.
Experience managing system upgrades, sandbox testing, and new module implementations is required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions are essential.
Proven success integrating NetSuite with other SaaS platforms (BILL, Fyle, Salesforce, etc.) is necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across Finance, Ops, and Tech teams are required.
Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite SuiteAnalytics (or similar reporting tools) is necessary.
Benefits:
The compensation band for this role is $110,000-$125,000, along with equity and benefits for all team members.
Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on location in the U.S.
