Remote Network Engineer

• The Network Engineer will be part of an operational team focusing on daily maintenance of LAN, WLAN, and WAN services on both hardware and service layers.
• Responsibilities include dealing with incidents and daily operations, joining projects, and visiting remote sites as needed.
• The role requires communication with non-English speaking end-users and includes on-call duties, overtime work, and travel.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have knowledge about physical network infrastructure components and LAN, WLAN, and WAN services.
• Basic experience in automating daily work through scripting or tools like Ansible is required.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is necessary, along with a valid driving license.
• A Bachelor’s or University degree is required.
• Beneficial qualifications include network-related education, training, or certificates (e.g., CCNA), experience in Wireless LAN setup and troubleshooting, and experience working with network devices.
