  • Coordination with the IT Security team for compliance and incident response is required.
  • The position also includes working with L2/L3 switches and routers, generating reports on Wi-Fi usage, and documenting network configurations.
  • The engineer will provide support to helpdesk or end users and participate in regular maintenance activities.
  • Staying updated with Huawei certifications is expected.

Requirements:

  • A BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Candidates must have 3+ years in network engineering or administration roles and 2+ years specifically in Wi-Fi/WLAN design, configuration, or troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Huawei equipment is required or strongly preferred.
  • Candidates should be skilled in log analysis and debugging via CLI and have experience in Wi-Fi deployments or network upgrades.
  • Experience in enterprise IT, ISP, telecom, or managed services environments is necessary.
  • A problem-solving mindset and structured approach to troubleshooting are essential.
  • Good communication skills for collaboration with IT teams, vendors, and end users are required.
  • Documentation and reporting ability, adaptability to dynamic environments, and excellent command of the English language are necessary.
  • Candidates should be team players with a strong work ethic, customer service focus, and attention to detail.
