Conduct thorough security assessments and penetration testing of network devices to identify vulnerabilities and recommend effective remediation strategies.
Determine optimal strategies for securing network devices that maintain production continuity, focusing on risk mitigation without compromising operational efficiency.
Implement advanced hardening techniques, including micro-segmentation, zero-trust architectures, and secure access service edge (SASE) principles to enhance the security posture of OT environments.
Collaborate with the networking team and other cross-functional teams to integrate security measures seamlessly into existing infrastructure, ensuring a holistic approach to cybersecurity.
Communicate complex security concepts and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of security awareness.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
Extensive experience in securing and hardening network devices in industrial or manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on OT cybersecurity is necessary.
In-depth knowledge of modern security technologies and advanced threat detection and response solutions is essential.
Relevant certifications are highly desirable for this position.
