As a Network Services Project Engineer, you will take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure projects for our clients.
This role places strong emphasis on enterprise networking design, configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation.
You will collaborate directly with clients to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient IT environments.
Key responsibilities include leading and executing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, including network and server implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
You will design and deploy advanced network architectures such as LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, and SD-WAN.
The role requires configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, or similar).
You will troubleshoot complex network issues and implement Layer 2/3 solutions including STP, ACLs, static routing, and segmentation.
Implementing and managing virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V) is also part of your duties.
You will plan and execute Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online migrations, including SharePoint and Teams.
The position involves configuring and maintaining Windows Server roles and services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
You will create detailed technical documentation, project plans, and client communications.
Serving as a technical liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams is essential.
You will provide escalation support during critical project phases.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years in infrastructure/systems engineering within project-based or consulting environments is required.
Hands-on experience in enterprise networking is essential, including routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet).
A deep understanding of VLANs, ACLs, static/dynamic routing, and STP is necessary.
Experience with site-to-site and remote VPN configuration is required.
Knowledge of network segmentation, QoS, and security best practices is important.
A strong background in server virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V) is needed.
Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2012–2025) and Active Directory is required.
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint) is necessary.
PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks is required.
Excellent documentation and communication skills are essential.
A proven ability to manage and deliver client-facing projects independently is necessary.
