IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking a Network Systems Engineer to maintain the system’s environment.
The candidate will install, maintain, and test complex infrastructure hardware and software issues.
The role requires the ability to work independently within given boundaries and think critically.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving various issues with server, network, and storage infrastructure.
The engineer will perform build, configuration, and implementation of server infrastructure both virtual and physical.
The candidate will take ownership of incidents and identify problem trends to improve the overall dependability of the environment and meet appropriate Service Level Agreements.
The role involves maintaining and supporting production environments consisting of Microsoft Windows Server and VMWare.
The engineer will write scripts and procedures for daily operations.
Responsibilities also include providing WAN/LAN/MAN support for multi-vendor environments, connectivity and configuration management, and soft/firmware management.
The candidate will provide VoIP support, including network configuration, QoS, and CoS classifications.
The role includes providing remote access support for F5 load balancing infrastructure, including F5 LTM, GTM, APM, and VMware Horizon Integration.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 7+ years of relevant networking/systems experience.
A certification such as M365E/X, VCP, CCNP, LPIC, or Linux+ is required.
A Bachelor's Degree in networking, systems engineering, or a similar field is necessary.
An active Secret clearance is required, with Top Secret preferred.
The candidate should have experience deploying servers or embedded systems and sub-components.
The role requires the ability to analyze system performance and identify risks.
Experience in deploying and supporting virtual network infrastructures, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Server Virtualization Infrastructure, is needed.
The candidate must be able to develop System Design documentation.
Proficiency in Windows or Linux operating systems is required.
Knowledge of IP networking technology and VPN solutions is necessary.
Strong problem-solving, analytic, and communication skills are essential.
The candidate must be able to work well independently under pressure and time constraints, in a small team environment.
