Requirements:
Candidates must have professional experience in a similar role within the Ethereum/DeFi ecosystem, specifically focusing on staking operations and growth strategies.
A strong understanding of Ethereum, node operations, and staking mechanisms is required.
Proven experience in DevOps practices, infrastructure optimization, and monitoring solutions is essential.
A background in DeFi, particularly with Lido, and the ability to work with other staking protocols is necessary.
