We’re seeking a Mid-level or higher seniority Node.js Developer to join our client, an innovative company in the EdTech sector transforming how education is delivered.
This is not a task-driven role; we’re looking for someone who is proactive, takes ownership, and actively contributes to the development of the product and overall direction of the tech.
The responsibilities include actively engaging in the development and evolution of the product, working closely with the client and internal team to understand needs, proposing solutions, and delivering high-quality code.
The developer will maintain excellent communication with the US-based client, including responsiveness across time zones.
Reacting quickly and effectively to issues, bugs, and urgent requests as needed is essential.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including designers, frontend developers, and QA engineers is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience with Node.js development.
Experience working with Flutter is required, or a willingness to learn/touch frontend when needed.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote team.
Applicants must be based in the EU.
A willingness to occasionally adjust working hours to collaborate with a U.S. based team is required.
Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
Benefits:
The position offers a pay rate of €23 - €30 an hour.
