CoverGo is seeking a proactive and analytical Operations & Data Analyst to support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.
The role involves collaboration with departments such as finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.
Responsibilities include organizing and managing workflows and datasets, ensuring proper structure of information and documentation, and supporting data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
The analyst will help enforce process and quality standards, take ownership of routine administrative tasks, and contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field is required.
Candidates should have at least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills are necessary for this position.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and modeling, is required.
The ability to build and work with financial/data models is essential.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
An eagerness to learn and adaptability to changing workflows and tools are important traits.
A “can-do” mindset with high energy and a willingness to go the extra mile is expected.
