  • The engineer will oversee post-incident reviews, monitor NOC KPIs, produce operational reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation is required to maintain readiness for critical incident response.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment, with at least 3 years in incident or problem management.
  • Proven experience in ITIL disciplines, especially in Incident, Problem, and Change management, is required.
  • The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage high-impact IT incidents in pressured environments.
  • Experience supporting 24/7 SaaS platforms and collaborating across technical and business teams is essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for this role.
  • Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Kubernetes is required.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including scalability, security, and performance optimization, is important.
  • Bonus qualifications include ITIL certification, project management skills, Agile/DevOps practices, and scripting experience in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
