• The Operations Solutions Engineer will serve as a bridge between engineering, operations, commercial, and quality teams, designing and delivering solutions to improve processes.
• Responsibilities include developing automations and integrations using Python and JavaScript, improving data and workflow quality, and advising both technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role involving scripting, automations, or system integrations is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
• Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to identify root causes of problems and propose effective technical solutions.
• Some experience or familiarity with project management, particularly in technical or cross-functional environments, is preferred.
• Experience working with APIs, automation platforms, or cloud tools such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript is required, while exposure to C#, data pipelines, NLP, or machine learning concepts will be beneficial.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
