The Oracle Financials Consultant will support Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud Applications in a help desk or operational support role.
The position requires familiarity with Oracle modules related to Revenue Cycle functions such as Receivables, Billing, Scheduling, Claims, or Patient Accounting.
The consultant will be responsible for supporting users in a healthcare or clinic environment.
A strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations and associated workflows is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service are required.
The ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users is necessary.
This is a hybrid or remote role with occasional on-site support as needed.
The consultant must be able to support standard business hours, with occasional after-hours rotation or weekend coverage.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud Applications in a help desk or operational support role.
Familiarity with Oracle modules related to Revenue Cycle functions such as Receivables, Billing, Scheduling, Claims, or Patient Accounting is required.
Experience supporting users in a healthcare or clinic environment is necessary.
A strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations and associated workflows is essential.

Basic SQL or data analysis skills are a plus.
