Remote PaaS - DevOps Support Engineer

• We are looking for a passionate DevOps Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
• As a DevOps Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing PaaS (Platform as a Service) solutions.
• Your main objective will be to optimize the development and operations environment, ensuring continuous and efficient integration in the software lifecycle.
• Responsibilities include providing technical support and maintenance for PaaS platforms used in application development and deployment, collaborating on the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) solutions, managing monitoring and performance of applications in production environments, identifying and resolving technical issues in collaboration with development and operations teams, documenting processes, procedures, and best practices for the team, and training team members on the use of PaaS tools and platforms.

Requirements:

• A degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
• Candidates with JR, Middle, or Sr profiles with experience in DevOps-related roles or technical support for cloud platforms are welcome.
• Technical skills required include knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization technologies, power and cooling, facilities, SAN, NAS, and data backup and recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, MS, and database performance tuning is necessary.
• Soft skills required include excellent communication and collaboration skills, a proactive and problem-solving orientation, the ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments, a results-oriented approach, and attention to detail.
