Remote (part-time) Senior QA with GenAI experience (freelance)

Description:

• The position is for a part-time Senior QA Engineer with GenAI experience, preferably located in Poland, and available to start ASAP.
• The role involves working on Python-based web applications that integrate AI/ML components.
• Responsibilities include designing and executing test scenarios for web applications, assessing AI model performance using various metrics, conducting robustness testing, and validating data quality for training models.
• The candidate will work with tools that support AI/ML model testing and cooperate with data scientists and engineers to define QA standards for data-driven systems.
• This opportunity has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on project needs and performance.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience testing web applications, particularly in Python environments.
• Fluency in Polish is mandatory for effective communication, documentation, and collaboration.
• An understanding of the differences between classical software QA and data/model-based testing is required.
• Nice-to-have qualifications include practical experience in testing AI/ML models or data validation processes, familiarity with model performance metrics, exposure to tools like MLflow and TensorBoard, and experience with fairness, bias, or explainability validation of AI systems.
