  • Proficiency in Python/R, along with experience in cheminformatics libraries and topics, is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of molecular descriptors, drug targets, and chemical/biological informatics techniques is required.
  • An innate ability to query and derive value from patent data is essential.
  • Familiarity with Open Source and academic/commercial competitive intelligence/patent systems is expected.
  • Experience in a structured collaborative data and software development environment (git, SQL/Postgres, python notebooks) is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in science, with the ability to tell compelling stories from complex data, are necessary.
