The PHP Developer will be responsible for upgrading legacy custom modules for compatibility with new core releases.
The role includes the development of new custom modules for the Claromentis marketplace and bespoke client requests.
The developer will attend client meetings to understand requirements for custom development and participate in internal change request meetings, providing initial solutions and project sizes.
Responsibilities also include contributing to detailed estimates and solutions for medium and large projects, producing appropriate documentation, and providing third-line support for development issues.
The developer will create efficient and logical databases for clients and work closely with the design team to create visually interactive work.
Adherence to and contribution to agreed development practices is expected, along with working on the design and implementation of technical solutions to acceptable standards.
Requirements:
The candidate must have experience with a PHP framework such as Symfony, Laravel, or others.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in web development is required.
The candidate should demonstrate a passion and skill for PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web development.
Good knowledge of Git version control, networking, and web application security is necessary.
The candidate must possess good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working in Linux and Windows CLI is required.
