Remote Platform Engineer

Description:

• PerfectServe is seeking a talented Platform Engineer to assist in the development and implementation of cloud capabilities.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud-based infrastructure, particularly with AWS, and a strong understanding of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications.
• This role requires the ability to tailor technologies to enhance the business's security and efficiency.
• Essential functions include overseeing the technical design and planning of cloud systems, leading the implementation of cloud-based solutions with a focus on AWS services, optimizing the performance of cloud systems, developing support and recovery procedures for cloud systems, and continuously seeking to learn new skills, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements:

• The candidate must be a Kubernetes Administrator, with ArgoCD experience and CKA certification preferred.
• Proven experience with the AWS cloud platform is required, with Solutions Architect Professional and DevOps Engineer Certifications preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code development is necessary.
• An advanced understanding and experience supporting SaaS platforms is required.
• The candidate must have the ability to customize and integrate platforms to enhance security and efficiency.
• Experience in supporting complex systems and DevOps services is essential.
