• The role of Platform Engineer involves designing, building, and maintaining the core platform that supports high-quality software delivery at scale.
• Responsibilities include creating and managing infrastructure, tools, and automation for continuous delivery, observability, and resource utilization.
• The Platform Engineer will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Strong coding skills with proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Rust, Java, or similar languages are necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or a similar role is required.
• Contributions to open-source projects are preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Preferred knowledge includes experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, GitOps), distributed systems technologies (e.g., Kafka, Cassandra), database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana), and scripting languages (e.g., Go, Python, Bash, Rust).
