Remote Portfolio Pre-Sales Engineer, Actimize

Description:

• NICE Actimize is seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Portfolio Pre-Sales Engineer.
• The Pre-Sales Engineer will be an integral part of the sales team, participating in every stage of new business opportunities.
• Responsibilities include maintaining innovative product demos and presenting Actimize technology infrastructure to prospects and customers.
• The role requires leveraging technical and sales skills to configure and demonstrate solutions that provide business value.
• The Pre-Sales Engineer will partner with the sales team to lead technical aspects of Pre-Sales activities, including customized demo setups, workshop materials preparation, and solution Proof of Concept for prospective clients.
• Key tasks include engaging with clients to uncover technical and functional requirements, developing engaging product demo content, collaborating with the Product Portfolio Pre-Sales team, defining and executing goals for PoC/workshops, providing technical support during the sales cycle, and gathering client feedback for product improvement.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or similar customer-facing or engineering experience.
• Experience with infrastructure architecture, including storage, compute, database, and cloud networking, is required.
• The ability to work independently with web-based applications using HTML, XML, XSL, and JavaScript is necessary.
• Candidates should understand and analyze large sets of data using Excel and SQL.
• Experience with cloud computing, ideally with AWS, is preferred.
• A proactive attitude and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to resolve technical challenges quickly are essential.
• Experience in managing Proof of Concepts and creating solution demonstrations is required.
• Prior experience with Actimize solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
