NICE Actimize is seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Portfolio Pre-Sales Engineer.
The Pre-Sales Engineer will be an integral part of the sales team, participating in every stage of new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include maintaining innovative product demos and presenting Actimize technology infrastructure to prospects and customers.
The role requires leveraging technical and sales skills to configure and demonstrate solutions that provide business value.
The Pre-Sales Engineer will partner with the sales team to lead technical aspects of Pre-Sales activities, including customized demo setups, workshop materials preparation, and solution Proof of Concept for prospective clients.
Key tasks include engaging with clients to uncover technical and functional requirements, developing engaging product demo content, collaborating with the Product Portfolio Pre-Sales team, defining and executing goals for PoC/workshops, providing technical support during the sales cycle, and gathering client feedback for product improvement.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or similar customer-facing or engineering experience.
Experience with infrastructure architecture, including storage, compute, database, and cloud networking, is required.
The ability to work independently with web-based applications using HTML, XML, XSL, and JavaScript is necessary.
Candidates should understand and analyze large sets of data using Excel and SQL.
Experience with cloud computing, ideally with AWS, is preferred.
A proactive attitude and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to resolve technical challenges quickly are essential.
Experience in managing Proof of Concepts and creating solution demonstrations is required.
Prior experience with Actimize solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
