Advising clients on data engineering workflows, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML model integration is essential.
The role requires guiding customers through complex analytics strategies, real-time data processing, and predictive analytics use cases.
Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure technical alignment and satisfaction is crucial.
The engineer will share insights and best practices through documentation, training, and enablement.
Staying current with trends in cloud data, machine learning, and analytics is necessary for ongoing innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements:
Proven experience with platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable cloud data solutions such as BigQuery or Redshift is required.
Strong expertise in data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT pipelines and big data frameworks, is essential.
A solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, including model deployment and integration into data systems, is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud services across AWS, Azure, or GCP for data storage, processing, and analytics is required.
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
Experience working with senior-level stakeholders in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting capacity is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is necessary.
At least 5 years of experience in cloud data architecture, AI/ML, or sales engineering roles is required.
Bonus qualifications include certifications in cloud/data platforms, proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), familiarity with Agile/DevOps, or supply chain experience.
