The Senior Solutions Engineer will help nonprofits envision what’s possible with Salesforce by connecting their mission to technology.
This role involves leading discovery conversations, crafting forward-thinking solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to design proposals and demos.
Responsibilities include leading conversations with nonprofit stakeholders to uncover business challenges, translating client aspirations into solution hypotheses, and crafting Salesforce-first solutions across various clouds.
The role requires creating and delivering customized product demonstrations, partnering with Account Executives and Solution Architects, and acting as a liaison between Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partners.
The Senior Solutions Engineer will lead solution scoping, level-of-effort estimates, and support handoff to delivery with clear documentation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have Salesforce certifications in Agentforce Specialist, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Significant experience in a customer-facing role or sales organization is required.
Excellent business and technical presentation skills, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills across all management levels, are essential.
Candidates should be ambitious, self-motivated, and possess a high emotional IQ.
The ability to make decisions guided by policies and procedures with limited guidance is necessary.
A results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to meet commitments is required.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
Previous experience in pre or post-Sales support is preferred.
