The Principal Application Architect will lead the design of a next-generation AI data platform.
This role involves defining and owning the architecture for a suite of intelligent AI agents built on a dynamic, high-scale data infrastructure.
Responsibilities include architecting scalable SaaS systems, driving AI enablement, setting technical standards, championing system resilience, ensuring compliance-ready architecture, and mentoring engineering talent.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 12+ years of software engineering and architectural leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Experience in designing enterprise applications that handle high data volumes is required, with prior experience in data bricks being a plus.
Applicants should have experience architecting complex systems using graph databases such as Neo4j or TigerGraph.
Deep expertise in designing cloud-native systems, preferably on Azure, using microservices, event-driven architecture, and container orchestration is necessary.
Experience integrating AI/ML systems into production platforms is essential, with an understanding of agent development and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
A strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including multi-tenancy, security, CI/CD, and data governance is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java, along with a strong grounding in system design patterns and data structures is needed.
Candidates should demonstrate curiosity to learn, experiment, and apply the latest technologies to solve architectural problems.
A track record of collaborating across engineering, product, and data teams to ship mission-critical systems is essential.
