  • A strong background in distributed training methods and large-scale ML workflows is expected.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Spark, and Airflow for MLOps is important.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, along with a product-oriented mindset, are required.
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of XAI, model guardrails, ethical AI practices, and publications in top AI/ML venues.
