The Principal Data Scientist will lead data science initiatives, designing and deploying advanced machine-learning and statistical solutions.

Collaboration with software engineers, product managers, and business units is essential to deliver client-facing solutions.
The position requires leveraging SQL, Python, and R-Shiny to extract insights from large datasets.
Managing the model lifecycle, including design, training, evaluation, validation, and deployment is a key responsibility.
The Principal Data Scientist will translate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations and visualizations.
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security is necessary.
Analyzing digital trends, user behavior, and product performance is part of the role.
The candidate will oversee digital data infrastructure in Snowflake, ensuring data health and quality.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation in a GitHub repository is required.
Supporting measurement strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to address digital data needs is essential.
Educating research and business teams on data best practices and infrastructure is also part of the job.
Requirements:
A Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required; a PhD is preferred.
Candidates must have 5+ years of analytics experience.
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and relational databases is necessary.
Proficiency in data manipulation using SQL, Python, and/or similar programming languages is required.
A solid understanding of media metrics, digital/social analytics, ad technology, and TV ratings is essential.
Strong project-management skills for managing cross-functional workflows are necessary.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships is required.
