  • The role involves collaboration with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, product designers, and quality engineers to deliver and scale a transformational software product.
  • This is originally a hands-on role, writing code for the majority of the time with a gradual transition to strategy.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 15+ years of experience building customer-facing applications in collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Data.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with Rails/Ruby is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, NextJS, CSS, and Figma.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience architecting full stack applications is necessary.
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes with Istio.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical teams is required.
  • Experience working in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs is preferred.
