TTEC Digital is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to join their AWS Practice, which is a 100% remote role based in North America.
The role requires an experienced AWS Presales/Solution Architect to act as the technical subject matter expert in developing relationships and opportunities with customers.
The architect will work closely with customers’ C-Level and Technical Executives to define a next-generation Customer Experience vision in AWS, leveraging AI to design technical solutions.
Responsibilities include being the subject matter expert in AWS and Amazon Connect-based solutions, designing innovative solutions based on customer needs, leading technical discovery during the sales cycle, and delivering immersive demonstrations.
The architect will also develop presentations, proposals, and workshops, educate customers on AWS benefits, create Statements of Work, and lead workshops with customers and prospects.
Building relationships with AWS and other vendor Solution Architects and Technical Leaders, contributing to TTEC’s Solution Frameworks, and providing support for RFP responses are also key responsibilities.
The role involves helping customers expand beyond Amazon Connect to other AWS services such as EKS, Sagemaker, Bedrock, S3, and EC2.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a proven track record of 3+ years in customer-facing roles designing complex solutions in a Technical Pre-Sales capacity.
A minimum of 3 years of expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS is required.
Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in information technology or application development.
Relevant Certifications or Accreditations in AWS are necessary.
The ability to think critically and articulate technical recommendations into customer business value is essential, both verbally and through presentations.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
Experience working with customers and partners is necessary.
Candidates must be willing to travel up to 30% for customer and partner meetings.

The position offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $110,000 - $145,000 per year.
