Requirements:

  • The candidate must have deep experience with ML, recommendation systems, entity understanding, personalization, and ranking.
  • A minimum of 6 years of product management experience in relevant domains is required, demonstrating strong product thinking and execution ability.
  • Proven experience in search and discovery systems, search optimization, advertising systems, and core PM responsibilities is essential.
  • The candidate should thrive in fast-paced environments, be skilled at building 0-to-1 products, and capable of designing solutions for competing objectives.
  • A deep understanding of user behavior and two-sided marketplaces is necessary.
  • Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of product management experience in high-impact roles within search, discovery, personalization, or ad tech.
