• Experience managing production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and developing mitigation strategies is necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is expected.
• Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is mandatory.
