Pulumi is seeking experienced software engineers to help bring its cloud programming model to developers worldwide.
The Ecosystem team focuses on the intersection of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes) and developer platforms (programming languages, APIs, application lifecycle).
Responsibilities include building and expanding the Pulumi ecosystem, which involves creating Pulumi providers and higher-level components, and enabling the community to build their own integrations.

This position is remote-friendly, available to candidates in the United States or Europe.
Key tasks include expanding the Pulumi ecosystem, interacting with the open-source community, leading projects to improve developer experience, evolving the platform, and mentoring good development practices.
Employees will work from home with the possibility of global travel 2 to 4 weeks a year for events.
Requirements:
Candidates should be familiar with Go or have an interest in learning new programming languages.
A solid understanding of the cloud infrastructure ecosystem, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes, is required.
A commitment to delivering value for customers and users is essential.
Experience with deployment orchestration and infrastructure-as-code tools is necessary.
A strong interest in developing next-generation developer tools for real-world solutions is expected.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of professional software development experience.
