The Principal Engineer specializing in GenAI Agents will be responsible for making strategic technical decisions to advance the company's mission and leverage Generative AI for intelligent agent development.

Responsibilities include defining the long-term technical direction for the GenAI Agent platform, promoting innovation and efficiency, serving as a technical authority, and ensuring high-quality solutions for AI-driven functionalities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years in software development, including significant experience in a leadership or principal role, with a focus on advanced AI/ML systems.
A deep understanding of SaaS across multiple domains and how AI agents can address complex business challenges is required.
Experience in creating and executing a multi-year technical vision, particularly involving AI-powered product roadmaps, is essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to introduce new technologies or practices to a large engineering function, particularly in GenAI frameworks and agent-based paradigms.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to shape architectural strategies and drive technical innovation are required.
Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks is essential, along with experience in prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or similar managed foundation model services for building and deploying generative AI applications is required.
