Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 10+ years in software development, including significant experience in a leadership or principal role, with a focus on advanced AI/ML systems.
  • A deep understanding of SaaS across multiple domains and how AI agents can address complex business challenges is required.
  • Experience in creating and executing a multi-year technical vision, particularly involving AI-powered product roadmaps, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to introduce new technologies or practices to a large engineering function, particularly in GenAI frameworks and agent-based paradigms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to shape architectural strategies and drive technical innovation are required.
  • Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks is essential, along with experience in prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or similar managed foundation model services for building and deploying generative AI applications is required.
