Requirements:
Candidates must have 12+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java and/or Go.
Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for designing and operating production workloads is required.
A proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance, and reliable systems is essential.
Expertise in RESTful API design, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and containerized services is necessary.
Experience in leading architecture and technical direction across multiple teams or product areas is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate scalability, reliability, and privacy challenges are essential.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary for working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and raise technical standards across the organization is required.
