Requirements:

• Candidates must have 12+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java and/or Go.
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for designing and operating production workloads is required.
• A proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance, and reliable systems is essential.
• Expertise in RESTful API design, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and containerized services is necessary.
• Experience in leading architecture and technical direction across multiple teams or product areas is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate scalability, reliability, and privacy challenges are essential.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary for working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and raise technical standards across the organization is required.
