Strong proficiency in building scalable backend services using technologies such as C#/.NET, Node.js, Ruby/Rails, Python, or Java is required.
Advanced skills in JavaScript and/or TypeScript and modern frontend libraries/frameworks (React, Angular) are necessary for creating responsive UIs.
A solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query performance, is essential.
Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes for cloud deployments is required.
Candidates should demonstrate ownership and a bias for action, with a passion for learning about the industry and customer needs.
A genuine interest in AI agent architectures and related technologies is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for explaining complex technical decisions to various stakeholders.
