  • A strong background in working with databases like MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Aurora is necessary.
  • Experience with source control tools (Git, TFS, SVN) and CI/CD platforms (e.g., CodePipeline, Jenkins) is essential.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS, and related services such as EC2, Lambda, and S3 is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and performance-focused automated testing practices is important.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills are necessary for collaboration and resolving technical differences.
  • Candidates should possess strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.

  • The compensation for this position ranges from $220,000 to $250,000 per year.
