Requirements:
Candidates must have 20+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable systems and technical leadership.
Proficiency in systems programming is required, with Rust preferred; experience in C++, Go, or similar languages is also welcome.
Familiarity with parallel computing and performance optimization techniques such as OpenMP, CUDA, and MPI is necessary.
Demonstrated mentoring and team leadership experience throughout the candidate's career is essential.
Candidates must be able to work independently and asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
