Requirements:
An M.B.A. is desired along with a B.A. or B.S. in computer science engineering or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in developing software solutions for enterprises or consulting is required.
Proven experience in architecting software solutions and leading technical teams in software development projects is essential.
Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with business leaders and clients is necessary.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are required.
Experience in developing software products or solutions in Python for back-end and React/Next.js/Node.js for front-end is needed.
Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL) is required.
Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is necessary.
Knowledge of modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines) is required.
Ability to work onsite with clients as requested and remotely as required, with potential travel up to 25% and willingness to work non-standard hours.

The estimated salary range for this role is $118,500-$263,500 USD per year, with individual salaries varying based on geography, skills, education, experience, and unique qualifications.
