Requirements:

  • An M.B.A. is desired along with a B.A. or B.S. in computer science engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in developing software solutions for enterprises or consulting is required.
  • Proven experience in architecting software solutions and leading technical teams in software development projects is essential.
  • Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with business leaders and clients is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are required.
  • Experience in developing software products or solutions in Python for back-end and React/Next.js/Node.js for front-end is needed.
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL) is required.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is necessary.
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines) is required.
  • Ability to work onsite with clients as requested and remotely as required, with potential travel up to 25% and willingness to work non-standard hours.
