The Principal Solutions Architect will develop pre-sales solutions for prospective and current customers, requiring a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
Key responsibilities include designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using AWS services, collaborating with sales teams on technical strategies, creating and presenting technical presentations, providing technical leadership and mentorship, evaluating emerging technologies, and working closely with engineering teams for solution feasibility and implementation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a strong focus on AWS technologies.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales technical roles within professional services is required.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Excellent visual presentation skills are necessary to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Candidates must hold an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification.
Extensive experience with AWS services such as Amazon EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, ECS, AWS CloudFormation, and Amazon CloudWatch is required.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices is necessary.
Deep knowledge of Generative AI technology and solutions is required.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
Understanding of network architectures and security best practices is necessary.
Experience with UX/UI and associated design methodologies is required.
The ability to develop rapid prototypes and/or proof of concept(s) is necessary.
