  • The Principal Solutions Architect - Autonomy Segment will lead and shape cutting-edge AI and ML solutions within the autonomy sector, including autonomous vehicles, advanced driver assistance systems, robotics, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
  • This role involves serving as both a strategic and hands-on leader, driving technical solution design, client engagement, and business growth.
  • The position is remote and requires collaboration with global teams and clients to deliver high-impact projects that advance the future of autonomous technology.
  • Responsibilities include designing and aligning autonomy solutions tailored to client needs and internal capabilities, leading technical discussions, defining problem scopes, and setting performance targets.
  • The architect will guide pilot projects with advanced technical reviews and insights, identify and qualify business opportunities in the autonomy space, and lead RFP/RFI processes while developing pricing models to support pre-sales efforts.
  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to engineering leaders and C-suite stakeholders is essential, as is collaborating with delivery teams to optimize workflows and resolve challenges.
  • Conducting technical workshops and solution ideation sessions for clients is also part of the role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in solutions architecture, AI/ML operations, or data annotation related to autonomous vehicles, advanced driver assistance systems, robotics, or unmanned aerial vehicles is required.
  • Candidates must possess deep technical knowledge of autonomy data operations and systems behavior from research and development through deployment.
  • Expert-level skills in data annotation techniques such as bounding boxes, polygons, segmentation, keypoint annotation, and 3D cloud annotation are necessary.
  • Strong expertise in perception models and sensor technologies, including LiDAR, Radar, Cameras, and Multi-Sensor Linking, is essential.
  • Proven experience in autonomous vehicle performance evaluation is required.
