Requirements:

Proven experience in launching 0→1 products with measurable adoption and engagement impact is required.
A consumer-obsessed mindset with deep empathy for everyday financial challenges is essential.
Demonstrated success in fintech or consumer tech, scaling high-impact products beyond initial launch, is necessary.
The candidate must be comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are required, with experience working across engineering, design, analytics, and leadership teams.
