Requirements:

• Proven experience in launching 0→1 products with measurable adoption and engagement impact is required.
• A consumer-obsessed mindset with deep empathy for everyday financial challenges is essential.
• Demonstrated success in fintech or consumer tech, scaling high-impact products beyond initial launch, is necessary.
• The candidate must be comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required, with experience working across engineering, design, analytics, and leadership teams.
• An entrepreneurial drive, ownership, and the ability to execute in high-growth settings are crucial.
