Remote Product Security Engineer

Description:

• Join the Product Security Testing team at ServiceNow to help secure applications relied upon by customers.
• As a new graduate, work alongside experienced engineers to identify and fix security issues in products.
• Learn to find vulnerabilities in Java and JavaScript code and understand the security implications of AI-enabled applications.
• Contribute to building tools that enhance the efficiency of security testing.
• Perform security testing on new product features.

Requirements:

• A passion for security is essential.
• Candidates must be pursuing a 2024 - 25 Mtech / Ms in computer science or a related field, focusing on AI/ML or Cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
• A basic understanding of application security concepts, such as the OWASP Top 10, is necessary.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, and other scripting languages is important.
• An interest in AI technologies and their impact on application security is desired.
• A willingness to learn about the ServiceNow platform is expected.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
