The position of Professional Fullstack Developer E-Mobility involves developing and improving e-mobility applications for business customers, such as the vaylens portal and backend microservice applications.
The role requires managing a distributed and highly scalable cloud platform consisting of various microservices and frontends for business customers to manage their public charging infrastructure.
The developer will participate in the entire software lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment within an agile development team using a DevOps approach.
Responsibilities include conducting code reviews, pair programming, ensuring software quality through test automation, and collaborating with product owners to refine use cases and user stories.
The position involves working with international colleagues in a scaled agile software development program using SAFe methodology and Scrum.
Requirements:
A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field is required.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer in a Java Enterprise/Spring environment.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in frontend development with Angular 6+ and TypeScript, including state management with Redux, is necessary.
Technical knowledge must include Java, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Cloud Contracts, REST, JMS (RabbitMQ or HiveMQ), Maven, Webpack, RxJS, GitLab CI, Jira, Confluence, and ideally MariaDB (MySQL), DocumentDB, and Redis.
Experience with microservices and cloud architectures is essential.
Candidates should have experience in software quality assurance, including test automation with JUnit, Spring Boot Test, Jest, and Cypress.
Fluency in English is required.
Mobility requirements include occasional travel to Germany or similar locations, typically 2-4 weeks per year.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, experience with agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban, and ideally have experience in the EV charging business.
