The engineer will create technical documents according to NiCE standards and processes.
Troubleshooting and resolving implementation defects and issues during project execution is a key responsibility.
Regular communication and updates to customers and NiCE management throughout the project are required.
The position also includes application software implementation, support, and troubleshooting, as well as programming software design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting servers.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 4-6 years of systems engineering or technical implementation delivery experience.
An engineering degree in Computer, IT, Software, or a related field is required.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic team environment across geographically distributed teams is necessary.
