The engineer will help define best practices for prompt engineering, contribute to test scenarios, analyze bugs and feedback, and identify new machine learning models.
Staying updated on the latest in prompt engineering and AI research is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
Candidates must be passionate about video games and have at least one prior experience in a tech company.
Proven experience in designing prompts for various tasks and familiarity with concepts like agents, function calling, reasoning strategies, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is required.
A solid understanding of several language models such as GPT-4, Gemini, and Claude is necessary.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, with strong writing skills being essential; French is a plus.
Strong listening and comprehension skills are needed to translate user needs into clear specifications.
Candidates should be capable of adapting their analysis and communication style for a wide range of stakeholders.
Independence and curiosity are important traits for this role.
