Requirements:

• You must have 2+ years of experience working with large language models and prompt engineering.
• You should demonstrate expertise in crafting effective prompts for conversational AI applications.
• A strong understanding of various LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models is required.
• Experience optimizing prompts for specific use cases and desired outcomes is essential.
• Excellent reading and written communication skills with attention to nuance, tone, and style are necessary.
• You must have the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems in novel ways.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis for content optimization is required.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Nice to have: Experience developing or fine-tuning custom models for specific applications, familiarity with character development, narrative design, or content creation, a background in creative writing, communications, or related fields, knowledge of digital content strategy and audience building, and an understanding of multimodal AI systems (text, image, audio).
