We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer for a contract opportunity through G2i, a trusted hiring platform for top engineers.
This is a C2C position for independent contractors only — you must have your own registered business (no third parties or umbrella companies).
You will be working with a collaborative engineering team to develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend services using Python (Django is a plus), building and enhancing front-end features using Vue.js, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, debugging, optimizing, and improving application performance, and communicating effectively in a remote team environment.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer.
Solid experience with Python is required, preferably with Django.
Proven experience with Vue.js in production applications is necessary.
A strong understanding of REST APIs and database design is essential.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
You must operate under your own legal entity (C2C) — no third-party firms are allowed.
