• Accountabilities include designing and maintaining Python applications powered by GenAI, RAG, Agentic workflows, and LLM technologies, building and fine-tuning retrieval pipelines using vector databases and indexing techniques, integrating APIs and tools into scalable AI systems, enhancing AI response relevance, collaborating with AI engineers and product managers, writing efficient and maintainable code, debugging and optimizing AI/ML applications, and staying informed on relevant developments.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
• Certifications or formal education in data management and cloud technologies are preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Python Engineer with hands-on coding expertise is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django is essential.
• Experience with GenAI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and vector-based retrieval systems (e.g., FAISS) is required.
• Familiarity with APIs and tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face is important.
• A solid understanding of SQL databases, machine learning, and deep learning basics is needed.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is required.
• Competence in prompt engineering and debugging is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
• English proficiency at a level of B2+ to C1 is required.
