Remote QA Automation Engineer

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5 years of experience writing and executing test automation scripts for web or mobile applications and automated API tests.
• Strong skills in Agile/Scrum environments are required.
• Experience in writing end-to-end UI tests and a solid understanding of different testing types (Blackbox, Whitebox, regression, smoke, functional, non-functional) is essential.
• Proficiency in communicating in English and Spanish is necessary.
• Candidates should be skilled in building front-end automation tests using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or RobotFramework.
• Proficiency in building automated tests for APIs using RestAssured, RestSharp, Postman, or GraphQL is required.
• Candidates must be proficient in coding with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and/or C#.
• A highly motivated self-starter who works well in cross-functional teams is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present information logically are required.
• A proven record of developing strong relationships with software development teams is necessary.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, XRaj, or Azure DevOps is required.
• A good understanding of XML and JSON structures is essential.
