• The role of Software Quality Engineer involves taking ownership of product feature quality, including testing strategy, manual test plan implementation, automation, and status updates.

• The position requires analyzing production issues, communicating with stakeholders, and providing timely updates on release statuses.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in manual testing, test strategy, creating test cases, defect management, and risk mitigation.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience partnering with quality and engineering teams to drive improvements is required.
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of automation experience, preferably with Playwright or Cypress.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git is necessary.
• Strong ability to switch between manual and automated testing methods is essential.
• Expertise in various testing methods, including clear box and backend testing, is required.
• Proficiency with issue tracking and test case management tools like Jira and Zephyr is necessary.
• Candidates must be proactive in anticipating issues and translating them into solutions.
• Strong skills in identifying and documenting the root cause of bugs are required.
• Experience with SaaS applications and agile methodologies is necessary.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is essential.
